Dental Specialty Referrals
Central DSC specializes in complex dental procedures and dental surgery that may not be routinely practiced by general dentists. Except in cases of emergency, these procedures require a referral from a local dentist.
If you are a general dentist in need of an experienced, local endodontist, periodontist, or oral surgeon—you have come to the right place. We would be happy to work with you to review your patient’s case, assess the procedures to be performed, and provide our expertise to make sure your patient gets the care that is needed.

What’s needed for a referral?
Scheduled appointments must have an accompanied referral on file at our office.
If you have referred patients to us in the past please contact us with:

- Patient Contact Information
- Insurance Details (if available)
- Diagnosis and treatment recommendation
